Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", so our refund policy is as follows.
You can get a refund when
- The product does not work as described on its product page, and our support team cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You did not receive your download link and we cannot deliver it.
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number.
Refunds are not given when
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- Your computer does not meet the system requirements shown on the product page.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show the amount.
