This policy explains what SoftKart collects and why.
What we collect
- Your name, email and mobile number, entered at checkout, to deliver your order and contact you about it.
- Optional company name, GST number and address, only if you enter them, for your invoice.
- Technical details (IP address, browser) when you order or download, to prevent fraud and misuse of download links.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach our servers.
We send you your order confirmation and download link. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the site to work (for example, your cart). If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel may set their own cookies.
